All New Blog
Look, its been YEARS since I took the whole blogging thing serious, but now is better than ever to attempt to start over...again. One of the reasons I am jumping back in now is due to the current social/political climate in the US. There are other platforms that I can use to impart my thoughts, emotions, and opinions too; but those ultimatly require me to engage with companies and systems that I am growing more and more at odds with. So here I type building a new home for my thoughts and opinions. There will be various types of posts, most of them will be opinion pieces or insight that I have on either subjects that matter to me or are current events. Every so often I will put up pictures or other artist type work I do.
I am hoping that having a blog will be a creative outlet to help me confront a changing world that is harder to reconcil with as I age. No ammount of personal growth is going to keep me current as culture naturally shifts and evolves. I have to accept that I will not always understand cultural progression but I can at least spend time trying to voice my thoughts and make sense of what I can. Hopefully doing this blog will help me increase my time spent in other artistic and enjoyable endevours.
